‘Seethi Bajao, School Bulao’ Campaign started in all the districts of Jharkhand

Ranchi: ‘Seethi Bajao, School Bulao’ Campaign started in all the districts of Jharkhand.

To increase the attendance of children in school, a unique initiative ‘Whistle Blow, Increase Attendance’ campaign was launched in the state by the Education and Literacy Department.

When children from every corner of the state left for school, they had whistles in their hands and the children were going to school whistling.

Blow Whistle, Call School campaign was started in the entire state on the lines of Simdega’s Whistle Blow, Increase Attendance campaign.

Under this campaign, every morning in the school, house captains and class monitors blow whistles to motivate the children of their villages, towns and hamlets to go to school.

As soon as the whistle blows, children get ready to go to school and go to school with their classmates.

Parents of children are also becoming aware due to this campaign.

Earlier, children used to make excuses for not going to school by giving wrong information or information about school closure.

Now, as soon as the whistle blows, parents understand that the school is open and they have to get their children ready and send them to school on time.

In this regard, the Education Department had already said that in the social media campaign, District Education Officer of every district of the state, District Education Superintendent, Area Education Officer, Sub-Divisional Education Officer, Block Education Extension Officer, Block Program Officer, Block Resource Service, Cluster Resource persons, teachers, students, and parents will compulsorily participate.

People of the society, heads, school management committee members, citizens and public representatives will also be encouraged to participate in this campaign.

Apart from these, members of Saraswati Vahini and members of Mata Samiti will also participate in it.

The impact of this campaign was visible in the entire state.

The Blow Whistle Call School Campaign started in Simdega district.

From 8:30 am, the sound of whistle and presence of a large number of children was seen in various corridors across the district.

Pictures and videos of children whistling while going to school in Ranchi are going viral on social media.

Children coming to school whistled loudly in their streets and started the campaign.

Similarly, this campaign had a significant impact in many districts of the state.

Before starting the campaign, it was ensured that all schools had a sufficient number of whistles.

Its instructions had already been issued.

State Education Secretary K Ravi Kumar has given instructions to maintain an adequate number of Seethis through video conferencing with all the district officials.

For the success of the social media mega campaign, nodal officers were appointed at the district, block and cluster level.

ADPO was made the nodal officer at the district level, BPO at the block level and CRP at the cluster level.

The State Education Project had issued guidelines to all the districts under which its video is available not only on X (formerly Twitter) but also on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Koo app.

Videos are appearing at all these places as soon as the tag of Seeti Bajao is added.

This great campaign has been successful. Many videos have been shared with Seeti Bajao on Facebook and Twitter.

Not only government officials but also parents of children are sharing videos with this hashtag.
