Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court has refused to stay the notice given by JSSC to Satvat InfoSol Private Limited, the outsourcing agency that conducted the CGL examination on January 28.
In fact, after the paper leak of CGL exam, JSSC had issued a notice to the exam conducting agency Satwat Info Sol Private Limited and sought an answer as to why this company should not be blacklisted.
The agency had filed a petition in the High Court challenging the notice received from JSSC.
On which the hearing was held in the bench of High Court judge Justice Anand Sen.
Advocate Sanjoy Peeperwal argued on behalf of JSSC.
