JSCA committee and late Amitabh Chaudhary’s family face to face, son sent legal notice to secretary

Ranchi: The current committee of Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) and the family members of former JSCA president late Amitabh Chaudhary are seen face to face before the proposal to install Amitabh Chaudhary’s gold-studded statue comes.

Expressing strong protest, Abhishek Chowdhary, son of Amitabh Chowdhary, has sent a legal notice to JSCA Secretary Debasish Chakraborty through his lawyer.

Abhishek Chowdhary’s proposal to install a gold-studded statue in his legal notice has been termed as a severe attack on the values, ideals and struggles of late Amitabh Chowdhary’s family and friends.

The family has expressed serious objection by sending a legal notice to the secretary of JSCA.

Along with this, some necessary information has also been sought, so that the legacy of late Amitabh Chaudhary can be kept intact and tribute can be paid to him only by works according to his ideals.

Abhishek Chowdhary said that late Amitabh Chowdhary was a serious opponent of personal worship and external ostentation.

Karma was worship for him.

Throughout his life, he only believed in results.

He was against ostentation.

Therefore, announcing the installation of such a statue on his death anniversary would be tantamount to tarnishing his memory as well as trying to tarnish his intellectual property.

That’s why no such announcement should be made.

Abhishek Chowdhary has asked JSCA Secretary Debasish Chakraborty to reply to the legal notice within 7 days.
