Ranchi: A case of embezzlement of Rs 10 lakh has come to light in Jharkhand State Khadi Gram Udyog Board. Ranchi office inspector Deendayal Sharma lodged a written complaint regarding this at Sukhdevnagar police station on Monday. Vibhuti Kumar Rai has been accused in this. Vibhuti Rai is posted as Manager in the Jamshedpur branch. The amount has been embezzled four times.
This information has also been given to the police. Sukhdevnagar police station has registered an FIR in the matter and started an investigation. In this case, money was withdrawn on three different dates.
The first withdrawal of Rs 5 lakh was made on 19 April 2014. The second amount of Rs 2 lakh was withdrawn on 29 April 2014, then the third amount of Rs 3 lakh was withdrawn on 28 April 2014.
