Ranchi: Chief Minister (CM) Hemant Soren on Thursday announced a foreign trip with family to five best performers panchayat secretaries every year, while handing over 2550 appointment letters to youth. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren distributed appointment letters to the Lower Divisional Clerk during a function organised at Morhabadi Grounds in Ranchi on Thursday.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren handed over appointment letters to 1,633 Panchayat Secretaries under Panchayati Raj Department, 707 lower class clerks under Revenue Registration and Land Reforms Department, under Finance Department Handed over appointment letters to 166 lower class clerks and 44 lower class clerks under the Food Supply Department.
“Everyyear best five model Panchayat’s secretaries will be provided foreign country trip with family members” said the Chief Minister. Enthusing the Panchayat secretaries he said “ you are CO, BDO, SP and DC of your Panchayat. Do such work that your Panchayat become role model for the country”. CM Hemant Soren said till date I have not seen the program of distribution of appointment letters on such a large scale in the state.
“In the present situation, if we look at the employment in the country, then a very strange situation has been created. he situation of employment is strange. The organization which gives maximum appointments is shrinking” said CM. He said “ Today, even in these circumstances, we are trying to get the youth of this state out of the agony of employment. This is the reason why the recruitment process is going on continuously. Appointments are being given in this state on record time”.
He said that maximum jobs were given in the army in the country, but now there is no job here either. Today the system of privatization is going on in the country. Due to this, the tradition of contract has started. Now the condition of the railways is also bad.
Everything is being sold in the country. Amidst these challenges, we are giving you a government job. In which old pension will also be there. It started in a program organized at Morhabadi Situation Ground in Ranchi.
CM Hemant Soren, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Alamgir Alam, Planning and Development, Finance and Food Minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon and Labor, Planning, Training and Skill Development Minister Satyanand Bhokta and other officials were present.
