Ranchi: Under the chairmanship of Jharkhand Pradesh Professionals Congress Committee President Aditya Vikram Jaiswal, “Think-2024” was organized on Saturday.
On this occasion, Jharkhand Congress in-charge Avinash Pandey, State Congress President Rajesh Thakur, former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay, Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh, State Congress General Secretary Ajay Nath Shahdev were present as chief guests.
Addressing the program, Jharkhand Congress in-charge Avinash Pandey said that every person is first of all a citizen of the country, an important part of the state. No society can be strong without trade and business. Keeping in view the importance of this thing, the Professionals Congress has been brought in a new form. As our role models, the same professionals formed this party and participated in the freedom movement and the basic structure of this Congress Party was done by the professionals only.
Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, despite being a professional, chose the path of service to Congress and gave independence to the country. Therefore, Congress has rebuilt this country in a peace-loving manner by taking people of all sections along with the secular ideology. Which was appreciated by the whole world.
Under the five-year plan, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru ji built a nation by connecting every region and every class. To see the future of the country, a plan was made, today only the name has been changed and other work is being done through it, which has been named Niti Yoga.
Considering the condition of Jharkhand today, three states were established together, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand and Jharkhand, I consider Jharkhand to be the strongest, I have seen the three states closely. Jharkhand has a group of skilled, thinking intellectuals. That is not the case in other states.
Jharkhand Pradesh Congress President Rajesh Thakur said that our government is very serious about the issue of professionals, but no other government has been able to do the work as seriously as you want. If you support the party and the government with the seriousness with which you all are sitting in this hall today, then I believe that more than half of the work will be done.
Even though we have all the luxuries and human labour, people are migrating out for employment and our state has all the things, coal turns into diamonds when it goes outside. But here coal remains just coal. So it is definitely the responsibility of all of us on this. At some places the government has lagged behind and at some places we too have lagged behind. If someone says that incidents of chain snatching are taking place and the police are not doing anything, then it is not just a case of chain snatching, it is a matter of unemployment.Unemployment has increased in the entire country. With the arrival of the Modi government, economic equality has increased significantly in the country.
Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay said that unless there is public partnership to promote the business sector, farmer production will continue to deteriorate. Our state of Jharkhand, rich in mineral reserves, has a golden opportunity in the field of industrial development. There is a need to establish such industries in the state which can generate employment as well as generate revenue for the state government.
Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh said that every person wants to do well for his state, for his profession and for his career. Politics is a good subject through which the state develops, however nowadays this field has become money due to which corruption has come. There is a spirit of sportsmanship in the field of sports, similarly there should be a spirit of serving the country and the state.
One should not run blindly; professionals need to come forward in the field of service. He said that there is a need to always remember the contribution of late Rajiv Gandhi, who is called the father of communication, who gave, one ji, two ji, for ji, without which life is incomplete. State Congress General Secretary Ajay Nath Shahdev said that Congress Party is a party which creates a better balance within the entire society.
The Congress Party is as serious towards businessmen as it is towards giving respect to farmers, labourers, youth and women. Yesterday itself Congress Party has taken out PESA Abhar Yatra for traders in Jharkhand regarding PESA law.
PESA law means giving rights to Gram Sabha and promoting business as well as every section of the society by coordinating with the state government. He said that I have full confidence that the Professionals Congress in Jharkhand will work to fulfill the dreams of Rahul Gandhi with the goal of Think 2024 by connecting people of all business classes with the party.
Jharkhand State Professionals Congress Committee President Aditya Vikram Jaiswal expressed his gratitude in his address and said that the Professionals Congress in Jharkhand State will work with full seriousness under the goal of “Think-2024” and will raise the issues of professionals in the party organization and will work to solve the problem by coordinating with the government.
He said that 27 percent people of tribal community reside in Jharkhand. But their participation in the field of trade or industry is only 2.5 percent. If we talk about North East, the population of tribals and scheduled tribe people here is equal to that of Jharkhand. But in the Northeast, participation of tribals in the business sector is 9 percent. For the development and upliftment of tribals in Jharkhand too, both CII and the state government need to think and work.
Aditya Vikram also said that in Vision 2024, debate conclave will be held in every city and the aim is to strengthen business and make Jharkhand prosperous by taking the views of all the professionals. Rohit Poddar and Amit Sharma of Chamber of Commerce in Vision 2024 Open Forum. He said to make people aware of the problems being faced in business and demanded from the government that the single window system should be fixed so that traders do not have to face problems. State Secretary of Professionals Congress, Meenakshi Singh concluded the program by thanking everyone.
