Ten labourers trapped in Malaysia to return home on April 26

Ranchi: The first batch of 10 out of 30 labourers of Jharkhand trapped in Malaysia will return to the state on April 26.

The remaining 20 labourers will also soon return to their homeland. On the evening of April 25, 10 labourers of Giridih district will take off from Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Everyone will reach Chennai on 26 April.

This is not the first time that poor people have been trapped in foreign countries due to brokers. Many such cases have come to the fore in the past as well. In this case, too, the touts lured these labourers to Malaysia by luring them to earn more money.

In the first batch, the labourers returning to their homeland hail from Dumri, Bagodar, Gomia, Nawadih and Bishnugarh blocks.
