Ranchi: The quarterly meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee was held under the chairmanship of Director Finance Pawan Kumar Mishra in the auditorium located on the third floor of the new building of CCL, Darbhanga House, Ranchi.
Director Personnel, Harsh Nath Mishra, General Manager Office and Official Language Sanjay Kumar Thakur, Heads of Departments of various departments, General Managers and Official Language Nodal Officer and representatives from CCL areas were present.
Presiding over the meeting, Director, Finance Pawan Kumar Mishra said in his address that implementation of the official language is very important.
There should be a progressive approach in the implementation of official language in all departments.
He further said that we need to make every employee aware as well as adopt new technologies.
Director, Personnel, Harsh Nath Mishra said that this is not just a meeting of the official language, but it is an important part of our work.
He further said that all the departments and sectors need to pay special attention to the gradual increase in official language related work overall and when we do daily communication in Hindi language, it can be easily used in official work also.
He suggested that to promote maximum use of Hindi, departments and areas doing good work should be honoured in every meeting by giving those shields and citations.
General Manager Office and Official Language Sanjay Kumar Thakur heartily welcomed all the members present in the meeting and also threw light on the related issues done by the Official Language Department.
He further informed everyone about the activities related to official language.
In the meeting, basically the incentive scheme for correspondence, note drafting and other office work in Hindi and Hindi book writing incentive scheme were discussed in detail.
