Ranchi: On the instructions of Chief Minister Hemant Soren education will be started from the academic session 2023-24 on the lines of CBSE in 80 excellence schools to be started in the state. Jharkhand Education Project Council has completed preparations for this.
Out of 80 excellence schools, the construction of 48 schools has been completed. The construction of the remaining 32 schools is in the final stage which will be completed by March 2023. Not only this from the academic session starting from April all 80 excellent schools will be operated with CBSE affiliation.
The process of applying for CBSE affiliation of 24 excellent schools of the state has been completed and affiliation has been granted by CBSE for the academic session 2023-24. Application for affiliation to CBSE has been submitted for the remaining 56 excellence schools.
These schools will also get affiliation from the academic session 2023-24 by completing all the necessary procedures required for affiliation. In January 2023, the headmasters of all 80 excellent schools will be trained by CBSE to run the schools as per CBSE.
The Harsh Johar program has been prepared for 80 excellent schools and 325 block-level model schools of the state to educate children on the basis of the Happiness Curriculum. For this, teachers have been trained and a Harsh Happiness Curriculum has been prepared. It will start in schools from January 27.
