Ranchi: On Tuesday, the police pasted an advertisement at the house of absconding Under Secretary Anil Kumar Singh.
The police have also warned of confiscation if the surrender is not done.

A warrant has been issued against former CO Anil Kumar Singh in the case of fraudulent registration of tribal land in Pandara.
In this case, the police team under the leadership of Kotwali DSP Prakash Soe had arrested Chandra Bhushan Singh, resident of Doranda police station area and many other people.
All of them are accused that with the help of Hehal CO Anil Kumar, about four and a half acres of tribal land was registered from a person named Sanjay Sahu.
In this case, case number 260/17 was registered against Bhushan Prasad Singh and others in Pandara OP on 24 May 2017.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren had given permission to register an FIR against Hehal CO Anil Kumar Singh.
The CM had given permission to register an FIR against CO Anil Kumar Singh in the disproportionate assets case.
The proposal of suspension against Anil Kumar Singh was approved by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on 29 January 2021.
Many types of allegations were made against the CO.
This decision has been taken on the suggestion given by Ranchi DC on the charge sheet prepared by the Revenue Registration and Land Reforms Department regarding the complaints received against the Circle Officer and the clarification submitted by him.
In his opinion, the DC had termed the CO’s explanation as unsatisfactory.
