Ranchi: Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth raised a question during the Parliament session in New Delhi on Tuesday. The long awaited operation of Jan Sadharan Express from Hatia to Ernakulam via Coimbatore and Jansadharan Express from Hatia to Ahmedabad will commence very soon. It is an important link towards success. Through this, the journey of the people of Jharkhand including South India up to Gujarat will be smooth and easy.
Apart from this, the matter of increasing 12 coaches to 16 coaches in Ranchi-Lohardaga passenger train has also been completed. Many stations have platforms only of length up to the stop of 12 coaches. In such a situation, it is necessary that the platform should be lengthened. Work is going on in this direction.
As the length of the platform increases, four more coaches will be added to the passenger train. The journey of the passengers here will be easy. Apart from this, the operation of Ranchi Intercity Express will start very soon.
All the preparations for this have also been completed. Member of Parliament Sanjay Seth has also proposed to the Ministry of Railways to construct an underpass in front of Namkum old police station (in front of Shani Mandir).
Its DPR will also be prepared very soon. The MP has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnav for all these things. The MP said that the Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency will set a record in the direction of rail passenger facilities.
