Government is giving pace to development amidst adverse circumstances and challenges – Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren

Chatra: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced that Chatra district will get the gift of bypass road in the New Year. The process of its tender execution has been completed. Its foundation stone will be laid in January.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced this in the program “Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” organized in Simaria block of Chatra. In this district, 800 kilometers of rural roads are being built at a cost of Rs 650 crore and 115 kilometers of high-grade roads are being built at a cost of about Rs 225 crore. He said that the government has a special focus on strengthening the infrastructure, because through this the door to development opens.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the Integrated Coaching Centre, Block Computer Center and Mining Skill Training Center for preparation of competitive examinations like UPSC and JPSC. The Chief Minister said that earlier you used to wander here and there with your problems. Used to keep moving from one office to another. Used to get trapped in the affairs of brokers. Your money and time were also wasted. Even after this your problem remained the same. But, the government is knocking at your door. Teams of officers are reaching the camps being organized in Panchayats with full force and are solving your problems and connecting you with welfare schemes.

The Chief Minister said that the program “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar” started in the year 2021. It was organized for the second time in the year 2022 and this year this program is going on continuously from 24th November. There is a festival-like atmosphere in the camps organized under this programme. The enthusiasm of the people is visible. Even in villages and panchayats where there are no good roads, officials are reaching there with a bundle of schemes.

he government is getting a much better response regarding this program. In such a situation, this program will be organized every year in the future and the government will come to you with new schemes, so that it can give the people of this state their rights and entitlements.

The Chief Minister said that this is a sensitive government, which always stands with you in your sorrow and pain. Our effort is to solve the problems of each and every person. Based on the number of applications we received in the last two phases through the “Aapki Yojana – Aapki Sarkar – Aapke Dwar” program, we have prioritized the problems and are working to solve them one by one.

The Chief Minister said that when Jharkhand became a separate state, it used to have a surplus budget. The government treasury was full. There was no dearth of resources. Still the state continued to lag behind. Poverty, illiteracy and unemployment were not leaving the people here.

But, during the last two decades, no government was concerned about this. The development of the state was marginalized. But, ever since our government was formed, despite all the challenges and adverse circumstances, it is working to speed up development and empower the people of the state through various schemes.

The Chief Minister said that our government has taken many historic and strong decisions from the perspective of welfare, interest and security of the poor, deprived and needy. Through the Public Pension Scheme, all the elderly, disabled, widows and abandoned people are covered with pension. At the same time, through Abua Awas Yojana, 8 lakh poor people will be given three-room houses. In earlier governments, 11 lakh ration cards were invalidated, our government has issued 20 lakh green ration cards and is giving free grains to the beneficiaries.

At the same time, a law has also been made to give 75 percent jobs to locals in all the companies and institutions running in the state. Under the Mukhyamantri Gram Gaadi Yojana, connectivity between villages and cities is being strengthened. Under this, free transportation facility will be available to the elderly, women students, and disabled people and Jharkhand agitators.

The Chief Minister said that the government has plans for everyone – tribals, Dalits, backward classes, minorities, farmers, laborers, women, and youth. You select the plans you need and take advantage of them. The government tried to put everyone on their feet

The Chief Minister said that the government has a special focus on providing better and quality education to the children of the state. Girls are being linked to Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, so that financial constraints do not become major in their studies. In order for children to become doctors, engineers and officers after studying, they are being given financial assistance for preparing for competitive exams and doing various courses.

Now the government will give Guruji Credit Cards to all the children from class 10th to 12th. Under this, they will be given an education loan up to Rs 15 lakh. For this they will not have to give any guarantee nor will they have to keep the land as mortgage. he government will become the guarantor for this. Not only this, today 50 children from here are getting higher education abroad. For this the government is giving them 100% scholarship.

The Chief Minister said that Jharkhand will become a 25 year young state in the year 2025. Our government is continuously taking steps to strengthen this state. Our aim in the next two years is to make Jharkhand so powerful that it can be counted among the leading states of the country on its own. First of all, we are moving towards strengthening the rural economy, because the state cannot be strengthened without strengthening the villages.
