Ranchi: The Jharkhand government tabled in the assembly second supplementary budget worth Rs 1117.12 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2019.
On the inaugural day of the Winter Session of the Jharkhand Assembly Parliamentary Affairs Minister Neelkanth Singh Munda tabled the second supplementary budget in the house.
As per the summary of demands laid in the house the maximum allocation worth Rs 194.49 crore has been made to the Home Jail and Disaster Management Department (Disaster Management Divison) while Rs 194.15 crore has been allocated to Health Medical Education and Family Welfare Department and Home Jail and Disaster Management Department (Home Divison) has been allocated Rs 151.88 crore.
A sum of Rs 91.72 lakh has been allocated to the Energy Department while Rs 77.25 lakh has been given to ST, SC Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department (ST, SC and Backward Class Welfare Division.
The government also tabled in the house the Action Taken Report (ATR) over the assurances which were given in the floor of the house during the Monsoon Session of the state assembly which was held from July 16, 2018 to July 21, 2018.
