Aadhaar seeding camps held for beneficiaries of Maiyyan Scheme

Ranchi: Aadhaar seeding camps were organized today in all panchayats of Ranchi district for beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Maiyyan Samman Yojana. The initiative was carried out under the direction of Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri.

The camps began at 10 a.m. and continued until 3 p.m., focusing on linking beneficiaries’ Aadhaar numbers with their bank accounts to ensure smooth disbursal of future benefits under the scheme. A large turnout was observed at several camps, with many women participating actively to complete the seeding process in their respective panchayats.

In urban areas, beneficiaries were instructed to visit their respective bank branches for Aadhaar seeding. This special drive applies only to those who received a one-time honorarium of ₹7,500 on or after April 3, 2025. Beneficiaries who received the amount before that date are not required to attend the camp, as their Aadhaar is already linked with their bank accounts.
