Cong holds strategy meeting for ‘Save Constitution Rally’

Ranchi: The Pradesh Congress Committee held an important meeting at the state Congress office under the leadership of State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh to plan for the upcoming ‘Save Constitution Rally’. The meeting was attended by executive presidents, district-level nodal officers, and members of the state control room.

During the meeting, Kamlesh informed the attendees about a change in the rally’s date and issued essential guidelines to ensure its success. He stated that the rally is being organized to protest against what the party views as continuous attacks on democratic rights by the Central Government. He accused the Modi government of trying to suppress the voice of the people and destabilize the foundations of democracy by altering various constitutional provisions and indirectly pressuring the judiciary.

The meeting reviewed district-wise updates on preparations, including block-level meetings and campaigns conducted so far. Nodal officers were instructed to establish control rooms at the block level if necessary to facilitate better communication and coordination. Special emphasis was laid on publicizing the rally across all districts, with clear instructions given to district presidents, MLAs, and party candidates.

The party also discussed the formation of necessary committees to ensure smooth coordination between the state and districts and to promptly address any issues that may arise during the preparations.

Several senior Congress leaders were present at the meeting, including Jaleshwar Mahato, Bandhu Tirkey, Shahzada Anwar, Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu, Banna Gupta, Pradeep Tulsiyan, Sultan Ahmed, JP Bhai Patel, Ashok Chaudhary, Rama Khalko, Ajay Dubey, Rakesh Sinha, Vinay Sinha Deepu, Satish Paul Mujni, Yogendra Sahu, Kishore Sahdev, Sonal Shanti, M. Tausif, Abhilash Sahu, Baljeet Singh Bedi, Suryakant Shukla, Rajan Verma, Suren Ram, Akhtar Ali, Khurshid Hasan Roomi, Sundari Tirkey, Prabhat Kumar, and Jitendra Trivedi.

The Congress leadership stated that the rally will serve as a strong message to the Modi government, showing that the people of India are ready to stand up and fight for their constitutional rights.
