Yoga expert Dr. Archana Kumari from Ranchi in Uttarakhand honored with the Yogini Award

Ranchi: Ranchi’s yoga expert Dr. Archana Kumari was honored with the Yogini Award in the third International Yogini Award Ceremony and Seminar. It was handed over to Dr. Subodh Tiwari, CEO of Kaivalyadham, Lonavala and Secretary of the Indian Yoga Association, in a ceremony organized under the joint aegis of Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand and Edu Girl Life. Dr. Archana Kumari was the only candidate from Jharkhand who was awarded this award.

Yogini Award is a prestigious honor given to women in the field of yoga. Which is given to women who have done excellent work in the field of yoga in the country and abroad. On this occasion, Parmarth Niketan founder Swami Chidanand Saraswati, revered Sadhvi Bhagwati ji and ministers and dignitaries were present.

Dr. Archana Kumari has obtained Masters and PhD degree in Yoga Science from Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Currently working in the Directorate of AYUSH under the Health Department of the Government of Jharkhand. Apart from the gold medal, he has been honored with many awards in yoga competitions at national and international level.

Three of his books based on yoga have been published. Dr. Archana Kumari has been associated with the field of yoga for almost 20 years. Apart from research, it is also working to promote yoga in urban, rural areas and government schemes. On receiving the Yogini Award, apart from the Health Department officials, Chanchal Bhattacharya, Jagdish Singh Jaggu, Dr. Rajesh Gupta and many dignitaries of the city congratulated him.
