We have to collect penny and provide housing to the needy – Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren

Gumla: 80 percent of the population of Jharkhand lives in villages. Before the formation of the government, I had said that our government will be run from the villages and panchayats. To give the benefits of the government schemes to the people of the state, the people here will not be called to the block office and district headquarters, rather your government will itself come to your doorstep and solve your problems.

To achieve this objective, our government is organizing the third phase of “Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar” program in villages and panchayats. Through the camps organized, people’s problems are being solved and they are getting the benefits of the schemes. Chief Minister Hemant Soren said these things. The Chief Minister was speaking at the “Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar” program organized at Kasira Panchayat in Gumla.

The Chief Minister said that such festivals and camps will continue to be organised. The state cannot be strengthened without strengthening the villages. Your government will strengthen the rural economy. For this we all will have to discharge our responsibilities.

The Chief Minister said that work is being done to provide better education to the students and youth in the state. Financial assistance is being provided under Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana to ensure that daughters do not miss out on education. Guruji Student Credit Card Scheme has been started for higher education. The government will provide financial support to the students studying under this scheme. The state government is providing 100 percent scholarship to the Dalit, tribal, backward and minority children for higher education abroad.

Presently Gumla’s four children are pursuing higher education abroad. There is a plan to start five thousand excellent schools in the entire state. At present 80 excellent schools have been started in the state.

The Chief Minister said that the training centers previously run for skill development at the district level have been started at the block level. It is important to be skilled according to the changing times and demands. Must be technically strong. If this does not happen, humans will be replaced by machines.

The Chief Minister said that the players of the state are performing better in the field of sports. Recently, Jharkhand hosted the Women’s Asian Hockey Champion Trophy. Your government is considering bringing forward not only financial assistance to the players here but also government appointments.

The Chief Minister said that the Central Government did not approve the housing of the eligible deprived poor. But your government will provide housing to eight lakh needy people of the state. Every poor will have his own house. The government will fulfill the dream of 8 lakh poor people of having their own house under the Abua Housing Scheme. If necessary, the scope of the scheme will be expanded further so that no needy person remains without a home. We will collect every penny and provide accommodation to the needy.

The Chief Minister urged the women associated with Hadiya, liquor manufacturing and sales work to keep the burden of the scheme on their heads. Under the Phulo Jhano Ashirwad Yojana, the government is providing Rs 50 thousand to the women involved in this work so that they can also get involved in a respectable livelihood.
