Ranchi: The district administration has set up five vaccination centres each in rural as well as urban areas for the vaccination of people in the age group 18 plus years.
In the urban areas, the vaccination centres have been set up at ATI Hostel, Seventh Day Adventist School Bariyatu, Women’s College (Science Block) Circular Road, Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Kokar and Saint Xaviers School Doranda.
In rural areas the vaccination centres as Khelari, Silli, Tamar, Namkum and Mandar. For the people turning up at these vaccination centres prior registration at the Cowin app is a must.
At all these vaccination centres magistrates have been deputed. In urban areas at cold chain points also the magistrates have been deputed who would ensure vaccine distribution at the vaccination centres.
These vaccinations are being provided free of cost to the people.
