Ranchi: On behalf of Dr Ramdayal Munda Tribal Welfare Research Institute a painting was presented to Chief Minister Hemant Soren based on the theme of Tribal life philosophy and nature at his residence.
This year, from 10 to 15 February, the first National tribal and folk painting event was organized in Netarhat where folk artists from all over the country including Jharkhand participated.
In the event, the artists showcased their art. The theme was mainly based on tribal society, culture, tradition and livelihood. Out of these paintings, the beautiful painting made by the artists of Gond tribe of Madhya Pradesh was presented to the Chief Minister.
On this occasion, Dr Ranendra Kumar, Director, Tribal Welfare Research Institute and others were present.
