The needy got the gift of Chief Minister Gram Gaadi Yojana – CM Champai Soren

Ranchi: Chief Minister Champai Soren said that by the year 2027, our government will provide three-room permanent houses to 20 lakh houseless families of the state under the Abua Awas Yojana. As per the target, the state government has started giving the benefits of Abua Housing Scheme to the eligible people.

The Chief Minister said that after the coming 3 months, 9 lakh eligible houseless families will be given the benefits of Abua Awas Yojana together. Through this platform, along with giving approval letters of Abua Housing Scheme to more than 24 thousand beneficiary families of Ranchi, Lohardaga and Gumla districts, the amount of the first installment is also being sent through DBT.

The Chief Minister said that our government is fully implementing the plans of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Former Chief Minister Hemant Soren has felt the sorrow and pain of all the class communities of Jharkhand including the indigenous people, tribals, Dalits, backward classes, minorities, schemes are being implemented as per the hopes, aspirations and needs of these class communities.

The Chief Minister said that he Mukhyamantri Gram Gaadi Yojana has been launched to facilitate transportation of rural areas from subdivision to district. 83 vehicles have been flagged off under this scheme. Soon more than 250 vehicles will now run in rural areas. Students, agitators, disabled, elderly people and widowed mothers and sisters will be able to travel for free in these trains operated under the Chief Minister Gram Gaadi Yojana.

Chief Minister Champai Soren said these things while addressing the program “Distribution of letters approved under Abua Awas Yojana and inauguration of Mukhyamantri Gram Gaadi Yojana” program organized at Morabadi Maidan.

Chief Minister Champai Soren said that more than 29 lakh Abu Awas Yojana applications were received in the camps organized under the Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar program run under the leadership of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The state government has approved the applications of 20 lakh Abua Housing Scheme.

The Chief Minister said that our government has understood the suffering of all sections of the community including tribals, indigenous people, Dalits, backward classes and minorities of Jharkhand. Jharkhand has been a state with mineral wealth but people from other states have taken advantage of its mineral wealth. The poor, laborers and farmers here were kept away from their rights to mineral resources.

The Chief Minister said that the mineral resources here have been misused. The benefit of the mineral resources here was not used to strengthen and strengthen the basic infrastructure of the state. Other states were illuminated by the wealth of Jharkhand.

The Chief Minister said that when the present state government was formed, it was not hidden from anyone what was the social, economic and educational condition of all sections of the community including the tribals of Jharkhand. Our government has been trying to improve these conditions since the very beginning. Our government is doing the work of giving each and every resident of Jharkhand their rights. The work of strengthening all the basic facilities is being done continuously.

The Chief Minister said that our government is making every effort to improve the education system. We want that the children of poor, laborers and farmers here should get quality education. To fulfill the objective of providing quality education to the children here, former Chief Minister Hemant Soren has worked to convert the government schools of the state into excellent schools. Our government is working to upgrade the government schools run in the state as Schools of Excellence and Model Schools.

The Chief Minister said that the previous government had closed 5 thousand primary schools running in the state, due to which the children of tribal, Dalit, backward, labour and farmer classes living in our remote rural areas were facing a lot of difficulties in getting education. The thinking of our government is that children of these classes and communities can also become doctors, engineers and government officers after getting education.

The Chief Minister said that our government has done the work of increasing the scholarship amount of students studying in schools by 3 times. Guruji Credit Card Scheme has been started so that money does not become a hindrance in pursuing higher education. Now under the Guruji Credit Card Scheme, loans are being provided to the students pursuing higher education.

The Chief Minister said that the Marang Gomke Scholarship Scheme was launched so that the children of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category of the state can also study abroad. Till now, hundreds of students of Jharkhand have obtained degrees from many renowned educational institutions abroad. Our government is making continuous efforts to strengthen the educational system.

The Chief Minister said that our government is working with commitment to provide water to the fields of the farmer brothers here. In Santal, Kolhan and Palamu divisions, work is being done to supply water to every farm through a pipeline. Our government’s vision is to provide maximum help to the farmer families of the state and make them financially self-reliant. In order to provide employment to every family, loans are being provided to the needy under the Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme. We are moving forward with the aim of taking each and every scheme of the state government to the last person standing in the path of development.

The Chief Minister said that the State Government has launched Phool Jhano Ashirwad Yojana for our mothers and sisters who support their families by selling liquor. Now work is being done to bring these mothers and sisters into the mainstream by connecting them with the Phoolon Jhano Ashirwad Yojana. Thousands of women have taken advantage of this scheme. Our government is working to move everyone forward with respect.

The Chief Minister said that our government is fully supporting the sisters of women self-help groups. Our government has done the work of providing financial assistance of Rs 8 thousand 247 crore to the sisters of 55 thousand women self-help groups. Our government has tried to make the women of Jharkhand self-reliant through many sources of employment generation. 

The Chief Minister said that now our government will provide up to 125 units of free electricity to the people of Jharkhand. Earlier, under the leadership of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren, our government has done the work of providing 100 units of electricity free of cost. Taking forward the thinking of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren, our government has decided that now 125 units of electricity will be made available to the people of the state free of cost. 

The Chief Minister said that the work of construction of 15 thousand kilometres of roads in various areas of Jharkhand is in progress by the state government. Our government’s vision is to lay a network of good roads to connect the rural areas to the block headquarters as well as the district headquarters. Road construction works have started under the leadership of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The state government is continuously making efforts to improve road connectivity from rural areas to urban areas.

The Chief Minister said that the religious beliefs of people of all classes and communities of Jharkhand are being respected. Our government is doing the work of preserving all the religious places in the state. Full care is being taken to ensure that no person’s religious beliefs are hurt.
