Story of Tribal Struggle Hero Shibu Soren will be taught in School – Jharkhand CM

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren along with his cabinet Minister on Tuesday held an important cabinet meeting at Project Building in Ranchi.

Following Decision were taken in the meeting: –

Approval was given to make provision of Nominee Director in the Board of Directors of Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.

Jharkhand Cooperative Auditor (Recruitment, Promotion and Service Condition) Cadre Rules, 2014 (in force 24/10/2014) i.e. Chapter-3 Direct Recruitment Rule – 9 (a) of First Amendment Rules 2021 approved for amendment in minimum educational qualification.

Jharkhand Cooperative Extension Officer (Recruitment, Pro) Approval was granted for amendment in the Promotion and Service Conditions) Cadre Rules, 2014 (in force 24/10/2014) i.e. First Revised Rules, 2016 and Second Revised Rules, 2021.

Jharkhand Child Development Service Non-Gazetted Staff Recruitment and Service Condition (Amendment) Rules-2023 was approved.

Approval was given to assume the facility of maternity leave to the employees appointed and working on contract basis.

Guidelines related to the process of availing old pension after selecting the old pension scheme were approved.

Approval was granted for regularization of service of irregularly appointed and working personnel under the Finance Department, Government of Jharkhand.

Under the Finance Department, approval was granted for regularization of service of regularly appointed and working personnel who have completed 10 years of continuous service on the posts of Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator, Staff Car Driver/Driver/Group ‘D’ in Headquarters Establishment, Treasury/Sub-Treasury, Institutional Finance Division, Provident Fund Directorate and National Savings Directorate.

Jhar-CERT (Centre for Computer Emergency Response for the Government of Jharkhand) project operated by DAC, Kolkata was approved for extension of 03 (three) years and administrative approval was given.

Approval was given to provide benefits of health insurance scheme to state employees/retired employees.

Approval was given to do Centralized Online Admission of candidates through the web portal of Directorate of Planning and Training, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development Department – iti.jharkhand.gov.in according to the merit list prepared on the basis of marks of educational qualification determined by Directorate General of Training, New Delhi for enrollment in NCVT/SCVT recognized industrial training institutes.

According to the merit list prepared on the basis of marks of educational qualification determined by the Directorate General of Training, New Delhi, for enrollment in NCVT/SCVT recognized Industrial Training Institutes at the state level, approval has been given to take ex-post facto consent for enrollment in Industrial Training Institutes in the academic session -2022-23-24 through the Centralized Online Admission Directorate of Directorate of Planning and Training, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development Department- iti.jharkhand.gov.in.

Under the scheme, purchase and distribution of books named Suno children, story of tribal struggle hero Shibu Soren (Guruji), Dishom Guru Shibu Soren and Tribal Hero Shibu Soren, on the basis of nomination, M/s Prabhat Prakashan, Pvt. Ltd. Approval was given on the proposal to relax the provisions of Rule 235 of the Jharkhand Finance Rules under Rule 245 of the Jharkhand Finance Rules.

Permission was granted to file PE against former ministers of Jharkhand Government, namely (1) Amar Kumar Bauri, (2) Mr. Randhir Kumar Singh, (3) Mrs. Dr. Neera Yadav, (4) Mrs. Louise Marandi and (5) Mr. Neelkanth Singh Munda. Granted.

Approved for the implementation of Centrally Sponsored “Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana” in its modified form under Mission Shakti (Power).

Approval was given to amend the implementation guidelines and implementation rate of various items under Anganwadi Services operated under the Centrally Sponsored Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Nutrition 2.0. Approval was given to amend the guidelines for the implementation of the Scheme for Adolescent Girls (SAG) under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme.

Administrative approval was given to the Mahagama Urban Water Supply Project, which received technical approval.

Approval was given to provide medical aid grant through Jharkhand State Arogya Society to the beneficiaries of the Chief Minister’s Critical Illness Treatment Scheme.

Approval was given to provide additional authority to the Anti-Terrorism Squad to control organized crime in the state of Jharkhand.

Approval was given for the creation of 01 post of District Judge level presiding officer for the newly formed Additional Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal in Ranchi.

Approval was granted to the general public living in urban areas for planting trees on their private land, for subsidy of five units of electricity per tree in their electricity bills.

Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority Regulation, amended in 2016 approved the expansion of the provision of paying the land value in 10 equal installments in five years.

Jharkhand State as a dedicated organization for coordination, collection, transmission of data related to water resources of the state and bringing the water data of all departments under the state on a single platform under the suggestion and framework received by the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India Approval was given to set up State Water Informatics Center (SWIC).

Approval was given for the formation of Jharkhand Ophthalmic Assistant Cadre (Appointment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules, 2023 under the Health Medical Education and Family Welfare Department.

Approval of Jharkhand Pharmaceutical Policy-2023 was given.

In the light of the amendments made by the Central Government in the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Council of Ministers approved the introduction of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2023 in the Monsoon session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, for making related amendments in the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

Jharkhand Competitive Examination (recruitment of unfair means) Approval was given for the promulgation of the Prevention and Remedial Measures) Act, 2023.
