State Congress Election Committee meeting begins regarding preparations for Lok Sabha elections

Ranchi: Ranchi: The first meeting of the newly formed Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Election Committee started at Congress Bhawan on Monday. In the meeting, decisions will be taken on preparations for Lok Sabha elections, selection of candidates and selection of seats. State Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir and State Congress President Rajesh Thakur are the chief guests in the meeting.

Whereas legislative party leaders Alamgir Alam, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dr. Rameshwar Oraon Subodh Kant Sahay, Pradeep Balmuchhu, Sukhdev Bhagat, Geeta Koda, Bandhu Tirkey, Jaleshwar Mahato, Shahzada Anwar, Banna Gupta, Badal Patralekh, Pradeep Yadav, Deepika Pandey Singh were present.

In the meeting, there will be in-depth discussion and deliberations mainly regarding the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Also, a complete outline will be decided for the best performance of the party in the Lok Sabha elections. How to put the failures of the BJP government at the Centre in front of the public, so that the public can know the truth of the lies spread by the Modi government, will also be discussed thoroughly.

State Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, who came to attend the meeting of State Election Committee and Screening Committee, said that today’s meeting is a routine meeting. Such meetings are held regularly before elections, whatever comes to light in today’s meeting will be placed before the central leadership.

Everyone has been called in this meeting so that tomorrow no one can say that I was not asked or my opinion was not taken. When asked about cabinet expansion and Congress quota ministers, he said that I have told Chief Minister Champai Soren that the day you expand the cabinet, you will be given the list of Congress ministers. When asked about who will be the minister from Congress quota, he said wait, everything will be revealed when the time comes.
