Shibu Soren Lokpal case, Detailed hearing in Delhi High Court on August 25

Ranchi: A hearing was held in the Delhi High Court on Thursday in the Lokpal case related to Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) President and former Chief Minister Shibu Soren.

During Thursday’s hearing, partial arguments were made by both sides, after which the court has fixed the date of August 25 for detailed hearing of the matter.

Proceedings against Soren before the Lokpal were stayed.

Which has been extended by the court till August 25, Shibu Soren has challenged the proceedings and order of the preliminary inquiry to the CBI on the basis of jurisdiction.

Shibu Soren’s petition was heard in the court of Delhi High Court judge Justice Subramaniam Prasad.

On the other hand, SGI (Solicitor General of India) Tushar Mehta is representing the Lokpal.
