Ranchi: A hearing was held in the High Court on the criminal revision of Congress MLA Pradeep Yadav, accused of physical abuse with a female advocate.
During Thursday’s hearing, arguments from both sides were completed.
After which the court has reserved its decision.
Now it will be very important to see what decision the court gives.
A hearing on Pradeep Yadav’s petition was held in the court of High Court Judge Justice Subhash Chand. Pradeep Yadav has challenged the process of charge frame against him in the case of physical abuse in Dumka Court.
He is currently on bail in this case.
