Ranchi: From Monday the schools in the state are all set to open for the students from classes 10th to 12th.
A notification in this regard has been issued by the disaster management department. As per the notification, such schools that are outside the containment zones in those schools from classes 10th to 12th can be started however before asking the students to report to school prior approval from the parents is a must.
Apart from that, the other instructions of the Education Department will also have to be followed and the online classes will also continue. Further, the schools can also ask the students to come for filling up forms and registration however for that also the permission of the parents is a must. Apart from maintaining social distancing other directions issued in wake of Coronavirus have to be also followed.
From Monday onwards classes will also commence in medical, dental and nursing colleges in the state. Further, the state government has also granted permission to Sri Krishna Administrative Training Institute, State Institute of Rural Development, Police Training College, Forest Training School and Jharkhand State Sports Promotion Society to conduct offline classes.
Apart from that from Monday in any religious programme or marriage function depending on the size of the open ground 300 people can gather.
