Mumbai: Rohit Bose Roy has revealed that his weekly “reset” comes from simple Sunday rides, where open roads and quiet moments help him recharge for the days ahead.
Sharing glimpses from one such ride, the actor said these short trips—even if just around town—give him much-needed personal time. He added that the fresh air helps clear his mind, while a stop at a cozy café near Flora Fountain works as the perfect remedy for mental fatigue.
“Sunday rides mean a lot to me… the wind clears my mind, and that coffee at a quaint little coffee house is the perfect antidote to any brain fog,” he shared, adding that the ritual leaves him refreshed and ready for the week.
Rohit, younger brother of actor Ronit Bose Roy, is known for television shows like Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand and Swabhimaan. He has also appeared in films such as Kaabil, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, and Shootout at Lokhandwala alongside Vivek Oberoi.
Apart from acting, he has explored direction with the short film Rice Plate, part of the anthology Dus Kahaniyaan.
On the personal front, Rohit is married to Manasi Joshi Roy, sister of actor Sharman Joshi. The couple, married since 1999, share a daughter named Kiara.
Recently, Rohit penned a heartfelt birthday note for Manasi, humorously mentioning how she “irritates” him, while also expressing deep gratitude and love, calling her the perfect life partner.
