Rukmini Vasanth Calls ‘Toxic’ a Groundbreaking Cinematic Experience

Mumbai: Riding high on the success of Kantara: A Legend Chapter 1, actress Rukmini Vasanth is now gearing up for her next big project, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, which she describes as a truly unique and large-scale cinematic venture.

During a recent interaction, Rukmini highlighted the film’s grand vision, saying its scale is unlike anything she has experienced before. She expressed excitement about the expansive and fresh world the film aims to present on screen.

Speaking about the collaboration, she credited director Geetu Mohandas and actor Yash for shaping a bold and innovative cinematic universe. According to her, the film feels “pioneering” in its approach, and she is eager to see how audiences respond to this new storytelling style.

Rukmini also shared her enthusiasm for being part of the project, calling herself fortunate and particularly excited as the film gears up for its release on June 4.

Backed by producer Venkat K. Narayana along with Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the film boasts a star-studded ensemble including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Akshay Oberoi, and Sudev Nair.

“Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” will be released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam, aiming for a wide audience reach both in India and internationally.

Apart from this, Rukmini also has another major project lined up with Jr NTR, directed by filmmaker NTR Neel, along with a few more projects yet to be announced.
