Ranchi: Ranjita Hembram has been nominated as the new executive chairman of the Jharkhand Administrative Services Association. In the general meeting of JHASA, it was unanimously agreed to make her the president.
On the other hand, JPSC 5th batch officer and Rahul Kumar working as Protocol Officer in Cabinet Secretariat and Coordination Department has been nominated for the post of General Secretary. Union officials told that the formation of the new executive will be completed in a day or two.
The tenure of the new executive will be for 2 years. The general meeting of the Jharkhand Administrative Service Association was held on Sunday in which Chief Minister Hemant Soren also participated. Presently Ramkumar Sinha was working as the President of JHASA, his place has been taken by Ranjita Hembram.
She is presently working in the post of Joint Secretary in the Joint Entrance Examination Council. She said that she will continue to work for the honor of Jharkhand Administrative Service officers and will also work to keep their demands firmly in front of the government.
