Ranchi: Ranchi Police has busted the illegal liquor business. On the instructions of SSP Chandan Sinha, the police team led by City SP Rajkumar Mehta raided Dwarkapuri Road No. 4 of Chutiya police station area and recovered 143 bottles of illicit liquor.
SSP Chandan Sinha gave this information in a press conference in his office on Monday afternoon. The SSP said that the police had received secret information that illegal liquor was being sold secretly in fast food shops in Dwarkapuri. People disturb the peace by drinking alcohol.
Acting immediately on the information, the SSP formed a police team under the leadership of City SP Rajkumar Mehta and conducted the raid.
