Ranchi: With the state capital still reeling under the cold wave Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha has ordered the closure of educational work from class KG to class five in government and private schools of the district till January 14, 2023.
Classes will be conducted normally from 16 January 2023. During this period, teachers will update all the records by being present in the school and will do online data entry.
In light of the food security of poor children, mid-day meals will be made available to the children of nutritious nature in the school including non-governmental aided (minority) children during this period whereas classes above class 6 will continue to operate as usual.
