Rain in Jharkhand till May 15 – MeT Department

Ranchi: According to Meteorological Centre Ranchi, the change in weather will affect the entire state including the capital Ranchi. According to meteorologist Abhishek Anand, there is a possibility of rain in the state till May 15. Thunderstorms may also occur.

Apart from this, there may be isolated rain and thundershowers on May 12 and 13. There are chances of rain in 10 districts on 14th and 15th May. After this the heat is predicted to increase. The districts where rain has been reported are East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Simdega, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Ranchi, Bokaro, Gumla, Hazaribagh, Khunti and Ramgarh.

The Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert regarding changes in the weather in the coming days. It has also been said that there will be rain in different parts of the state till May 14. There will be rain at isolated places in the state on May 12 and winds will also blow at a speed of 40 km per hour.

Similar conditions are predicted on May 13. Rain has been reported in six districts of Central Jharkhand on May 14. There is also a possibility of thunder and lightning at some places. The weather department has said that during this period there will be partly cloudy sky, thunder and light to moderate rain in the capital Ranchi and its surrounding areas.

The maximum temperature can be 34 degrees and the minimum temperature can be 23 degrees. According to the alert of the Meteorological Department, it rained in many parts of the state on Saturday. This rain was accompanied by mild thunder. 

The maximum rainfall recorded is 8.6 mm. This highest rainfall figure is from Mazgaon in West Singhbhum. Whereas Daltenganj had the hottest weather. The lowest temperature was recorded in the capital. The temperature here was recorded at 23.1 degrees.
