Ranchi: The quarterly meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee was held under the chairmanship of Chairman-cum-Managing Director Dr. B. Veera Reddy in the auditorium located on the third floor of the Convention Center, New Building of CCL, Darbhanga House, Ranchi.
In the meeting, the Chairman congratulated the Official Language Department for the successful Kavi Sammelan and Official Language Fortnight at the closing ceremony of the Vigilance Awareness Campaign. Dr. Reddy said that I am hopeful that we will definitely achieve the target given by the Home Ministry and the Department of Official Language.
Addressing the meeting, Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra said that implementation of the official language is very important. There should be a progressive approach in the implementation of official language in all departments. Instructed to take immediate action on the suggestions given by CCL to the third sub-committee of the Parliamentary Committee.
Head of the Department (Official Language) Sanjay Kumar heartily welcomed all the members present in the meeting and also highlighted the related issues done by the Official Language Department. He further informed everyone about the activities related to the official language.
Rajrappa area including the Security Department and City Administration Department, which did excellent work in the last quarter in Rajbhasha, were honored with movable shields. Representatives from CCL areas including CCL, Head of Department/General Manager of Headquarters and Rajbhasha Nodal Officer participated in the meeting. Official language and departments had important contributions in the successful organization of the program.
