PM to spend nearly four hours in Deoghar

Deoghar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is due to arrive in this temple town on July 12 will be spending nearly four hours in the city.

The Prime Minister during his visit to Deoghar which is home to Baba Baidyanath Dham which is one among the 12 Jyotirlings dedicated to God Shiva in the country will inaugurate the Deoghar Airport after which he will offer prayers at Baba Mandir. Thereafter he will address a public meeting at the Deoghar College Grounds.

As part of reviewing the security arrangements and other preparations a team of the SPG visited the city and had a look at the arrangements. Officials said that on Wednesday a presentation of Deoghar Airport and Deoghar AIIMS was made before the PMO after which certain timing changes have been made in his itinerary.

Godda MP Nishikant Dubey on his part said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to reach Deoghar at around 1 PM. He will be first inaugurating the Airport after which he will be reaching Baba Mandir and offer his prayers thereafter he will reach Deoghar College Ground and address a public meeting. After addressing the people he will depart to New Delhi from Deoghar around 4.45 PM.
