On Reena Sinha’s second death anniv, kheer distributed to devotees at Hanuman temple in Kujju

Kujju: On the solemn occasion of the second death anniversary of the late Reena Sinha, a large-scale kheer distribution was organised on Wednesday at the Hanuman temple located near the renowned CCL Circuit House in Kujju coal belt area. The event began with Vedic chants and prayers under the guidance of priest Shiv Kumar Jha.

Reena Sinha, wife of Umesh Sinha, passed away in the early hours of October 22, 2023, during the auspicious occasion of Maha Ashtami and Gayatri Mahashtami. Marking her memory, her daughters—Srishti Saloni Suryavanshi, Saloni, Sneha Saloni—along with Neha Bharti, Naina Bharti, and Ishika Kumari, took the lead in organising the distribution of kheer as prasad to thousands of devotees gathered at the temple premises.

The distribution effort was supported by Tej Pratap Singh, Manoj Srivastava, Rajan Kumar, Prakash Mahato, Sanjay Kumar, Umesh, and Ashok Prasad, who worked together to serve the prasad to the crowd.

Prominent among those who received the prasad were Kamta Singh, Ashok Rana, Ashok Prasad, Anil Singh, and many others. The event was marked by a spirit of devotion, remembrance, and community service, honouring the late Reena Sinha’s life and values.
