Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the next days are very important in the battle against Coronavirus.
The Chief Minister on his social media page wrote that while on one hand in the urban areas rapidly the spread of infection has been brought under control but in the rural areas the danger was still looming large.
He said that lockdown imposed as part of health safety week and cooperation of the people has helped to bring down the spread of infection rate while the recovery rate has gone above the national average.
He said that in the next 10 days the government is working with a target to take the recovery rate above 95 percent and infection rate in the state should be less than 2 percent for which in the rural areas door to door survey and tests will be held.
The Chief Minister said that preparations have been commenced for the third wave and in the Sadar Hospitals of 24 districts PSA plants installation is a priority for the state government. He said that within a month in three districts it will become functional while in the remaining 21 districts also the facility will commence soon.
