Monsoon session will start from July 28 to August 4

Ranchi:  An all-party meeting was held in the speaker room of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly.

The meeting was presided over by Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rabindranath Mahato.

The opposition stayed away from this meeting.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren attended the meeting.

In the meeting, discussions were held on the smooth conduct of the proceedings of the House in the monsoon session commencing from 28 July 2023.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Alamgir Alam, Labour Minister Satyanand Bhokta, MLA Saryu Rai, Kamlesh Singh, AJSU MLA Lambodar Mahato, Amit Yadav and others were present in this all-party meeting.

Invitations have been sent to several parties for the meeting to be held today under the chairmanship of Assembly Speaker Rabindranath Mahato. Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Alamgir Alam, BJP Whip Biranchi Narayan, leaders of other parties including AJSU, CPI Male, NCP and Independent MLA have been called in today’s meeting.

Although BJP has not yet attended this all-party meeting.

The ruling party and the opposition have started preparations for the session.

There will be a separate meeting of the side and the opposition on July 27 regarding the monsoon session.

There will be a meeting of the ruling party under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister.

While the BJP Legislature Party meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Babulal Marandi.

The government may bring back several bills in the monsoon session starting July 28.

If sources are to be believed, the Bills on which Raj Bhavan had returned the government with objections, those objections have been removed.

It is being told that the Mob Lynching Bill is an important bill among these bills.

Apart from this, OBC Reservation Bill, Khatian Based Locality Bill of 1932, Jain University Bill are included.
