Ranchi: MLA Amba Prasad again appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday. Amba Prasad reached the ED office at around three in the afternoon. After which his interrogation was started. Earlier on Monday, ED had interrogated Amba Prasad for eight hours.
Amba is accused of illegal occupation of land in Hazaribagh, extortion from sand traders and money laundering through extortion. On Monday, ED had also asked many questions to his brother Ankit Saav. ED retrieved the data of all the mobile phones seized from Amba.
While speaking to the media outside the ED office, Amba Prasad said that ED asked most of the questions from the electronic devices which were seized from them. Ankit’s mobile data was also retrieved and questions were raised about his income from the sand business. ED had called Amba on April 4, but she could not come due to health reasons.
