Ranchi: Minister of Urban Development, Sudivya Kumar Sonu, visited the Birsa Munda Samadhi Sthal located in Kokar today. He described this historic site as a symbol of faith, respect, and pride for the people of Jharkhand and emphasized the need for its proper development.
Minister Sonu remarked that Birsa Munda is not only an inspiration for Jharkhand but for the entire nation. “It is our priority to give his memorial a grand shape,” he added.
During his visit, the minister assessed the cleanliness, maintenance, and beautification of the Samadhi site. He directed the concerned authorities to enhance the site with modern amenities and make it more attractive, ensuring that visitors experience a sense of warmth and pride.
Accompanying the minister on his visit were Ranchi Municipal Administrator Sandeep Singh, Additional Administrator Sanjay Kumar, Deputy Administrator Ravindra Kumar, and other relevant officials.
