JPSC Officers Association met CM, seek child care leave

Ranchi: President of Jharkhand Administrative Service Association Ranjita Hembram and General Secretary Rahul Kumar met Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the Project Building and handed over a memorandum related to various demands of the union.

It is mentioned in the demands made by the outfit that the Government of India and many other states have given the facility of Child Care Leave to their women employees so that women employees can discharge their family responsibilities while working with respect.

Till now this facility is not available to the women workers of our state. With this progressive decision, all the women workers of the state will always be grateful to the Chief Minister. Regarding this demand, the Chief Minister assured the President and General Secretary of the Jharkhand Administrative Service Association that the state government would soon take a positive view, and also wondered why policymakers have not yet turned their attention to this problem of women officers.

On this occasion, Ranjita Hembram and Rahul Kumar presented Chief Minister Hemant Soren with a souvenir published by All India Federation of State Civil/Administrative Service Association Jaipur, Rajasthan on the occasion of “16th CONVENTION” organized from 24 to 26 March 2023.
