JMM demands BJP leaders to get Rs 65,000 crore in due from centre

Ranchi: The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has demanded the leaders of the state BJP to get Rs 65,000 crore dues pending with the centre back to the state.

JMM general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya said that before attacking Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon the leaders of Jharkhand BJP and their MLAs to speak with Union Finance Minister and help the state get Rs 65,000 crore pending as dues with the centre.

He said that the leadership of the state BJP should see to it that Centre releases the GST compensation to Jharkhand. Bhattacharya said that what happened to the Rs 20 lakh crore which was announced as package by the centre is known to everyone.

He said that the Finance Minister will be only able to do things for the betterment of the state if he gets the money from the centre.
