Jharkhand Govt to reimburses ticket fares of people returning from Ukraine, sets helpline numbers

Ranchi: The Jharkhand Government has announced to reimburse the ticket fares of the residents who are trapped in Ukraine and will be coming back on their own expenses.

The Chief Minister made an announcement in this regard on his Twitter handle. He said that the state government is working with the centre to provide all possible help to the residents of the state. He has also urged the people and students who have been trapped in Ukraine to get in touch with the state control room and share necessary information.

Meanwhile, the state migration control room has provided information that 86 people are so far in Ukraine who have contacted the control room and out of the 24 are women and 62 are men. A maximum of 23 people are from Ranchi followed by 11 from Sahebganj and 10 from East Singhbhum.
