Jamshedpur DC gets relief from High Court, next hearing on February 1

Ranchi: The petition of Manjunath Bhajantri, the then DC of Deoghar and currently posted as DC of Jamshedpur, was heard in the Jharkhand High Court.

During Wednesday’s hearing, the court extended the order to stop the coercive action against Deoghar DC and fixed February 1 for the next hearing of the case.

The petition of IAS Manjunath Bhajantri was heard in the court of Jharkhand High Court judge Justice Anil Kumar Chaudhary.

Advocates Inderjit Sinha and Ajay Shah presented their case on their behalf.

After the controversy regarding flight takeoff in the year 2022, MP Nishikant Dubey has lodged zero FIR against Deoghar DC in Delhi.

To cancel this, IAS officer Manjunath Bhajantri has approached the High Court.
