Jacqueline Fernandez Indulges in Chaat During Her Spiritual Visit to Varanasi

Mumbai- Actress Jacqueline Fernandez recently took a short break from her busy schedule to visit the sacred city of Varanasi.

During her visit, the actress appeared to engage in spiritual activities and reportedly offered prayers. Giving fans a glimpse of her devotional side, Jacqueline shared a selfie on social media while sitting in a car. She was seen dressed in a blush-pink salwar kameez with subtle makeup, striking a pout for the camera. She captioned the picture “Varanasi” along with a white heart emoji.

A chandan tilak visible on her forehead suggested that she had visited a temple. Although the exact temple she visited remains unknown, Varanasi is a major pilgrimage destination, attracting devotees who attend the renowned Ganga Aarti and seek blessings from Lord Shiva.

Apart from her spiritual experience, Jacqueline also enjoyed local street food during her trip. In another photo shared online, she was seen holding a plate of Aloo tikki, a popular chaat delicacy.

On the professional front, Jacqueline will soon be seen in the upcoming installment of the popular “Welcome” franchise titled “Welcome to the Jungle.”

Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film features an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Aftab Shivdasani, Jackie Shroff, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, and Disha Patani, among others.

Initially slated for release on December 26, 2025, the film is now expected to hit theatres in June this year.

“Welcome to the Jungle” is presented by AA Nadiadwala and Star Studio18 in association with Cape of Good Films and Seeta Films. It is produced under the banner of Base Industries Group and Seeta Films.

The first film in the franchise, “Welcome,” was released in 2007, followed by its sequel “Welcome Back” in 2015.
