Ramgarh: A horrific road accident has taken place in Chutupalu valley of Ormanjhi connecting Ranchi to Ramgarh. The incident happened around 10 am.
In this accident, three people died on the spot. After this accident, long queues of vehicles formed on both sides of the valley. Police reached the spot and carried out relief and rescue operations. There is still a traffic jam in the valley.
According to the people present at the spot, a tractor was stopped in the valley. Then an uncontrolled trailer going from Ranchi to Ramgarh hit the said tractor. After this, it overturned on the side of the road after colliding with two other four-wheelers.
Due to the overturning of the trailer, its driver and helper got trapped, due to which both of them died. Due to collision with the tractor, its driver also died. There was chaos at the spot after the incident. According to the information, a car driver also got involved in the accident between tractor and trailer. Many people were traveling in this car. They are all injured.
It is feared that the number of deaths in this accident may increase. People injured in the accident were sent to RIMS and nearby nursing homes for treatment. Where everyone is undergoing treatment. All the vehicles that were victims of the accident were going from Ranchi towards Ramgarh.
The deceased have been identified as Dinesh Bedia, Rajendra Bedia and Shankar Bedia. After this road accident, there was chaos at the spot. There are long queues of vehicles on both sides. As soon as information about the incident was received, police reached the spot and sent the injured to RIMS of Ormanjhi, Ramgarh and Ranchi for treatment.
The police sent many injured people for treatment in their own vehicles. According to Sources, the driver, helper and tractor driver of the trailer that met with the accident have died.
