Ranchi: Ranchi PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) special court has not allowed former Chief Minister and Barhat MLA Hemant Soren to attend the budget session. The court rejected his petition.
The budget session of Jharkhand Assembly is to start from 23rd February. An application was filed in the PMLA court regarding Hemant Soren’s participation in the budget session.
It was requested from the court that Hemant Soren should be allowed to be present in the Assembly in the budget session starting on 23 February. Special public prosecutor Shiv Kumar alias Kaka ji argued on behalf of ED.
