Heatwaves to create havoc from April 25-28 in state

Ranchi: Once again heatwave will wreak havoc in Jharkhand. From April 25 to April 28, there is a forecast of a heatwave at isolated places in Ranchi, Palamu, Garhwa, Chatra, Koderma, Giridih, and other districts of the state. The weather will remain dry during this period and the sky is likely to be mainly clear.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the temperature may increase by two to four degrees Celsius in the next two days in different districts of Jharkhand. From April 25 to April 28, heatwave conditions can prevail in different districts of the state.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning (Yellow Alert) regarding this. On April 25, heatwave conditions may occur at isolated places in West Singhbhum, Koderma, and Giridih districts. On April 26, a forecast of a heatwave has been issued in Ranchi, Garhwa, West Singhbhum, Palamu, Chatra, Koderma and Giridih districts.

On April 27 and 28, heatwave conditions may occur at isolated places in Ranchi, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra, Koderma and Giridih districts. The maximum temperature of Ranchi can exceed 40 degrees celsius on 25 and 26 April.

The highest heat is expected on April 27. On this day the temperature of the capital Ranchi can be 41 degrees celsius. On the other hand, in Santal Parganas, it had rained at some places in the last two-three days.
