Ranchi: The hearing over the court’s suo moto cognizance in the case of the death of three people in the ropeway accident in Trikut Hills Deoghar was held in the Jharkhand High Court.
A report was submitted to the court on behalf of BIT Mesra and CIMFR. The report was also submitted by the State Government.
The court had said that the state government should form a committee and submit a report. The court has again directed the state government to file an affidavit in the matter.
The hearing of the case took place in a division bench headed by the Chief Justice of the High Court Dr Ravi Ranjan.
