Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Tuesday expressed its anguish over delay in appointments in the state’s largest run government hospital RIMS.
The court of Chief Justice Ravi Ranjan verbally commented that it appears that the state government wants to keep the hospital autonomous only for the name of it as even today RIMS works under the pressure of the state government.
The court said that for the last two years it has been directed to undertake recruitment in the hospital but to date nothing has materialised as the work of roaster clearance has to be done by the government which is causing unnecessary delay in the appointments.
