Saraikela – Kharsawan: After assuming the post of Chief Minister, Champai Soren on Wednesday reached his native village Jilingagoda in Gamharia block of Seraikela-Kharsawan for the first time.
On this occasion, the villagers greeted and welcomed the Chief Minister in a traditional manner.
The Chief Minister paid emotional tribute by garlanding the statues of immortal brave martyrs Diba-Kishun ji and Jageshwar Tudu ji here.
The Chief Minister prayed for the progress of the state and the happiness, peace and prosperity of the people of the state by offering prayers according to traditional rituals at the Sarna puja place – Jahersthan.
