Musabani, East Singhbhum: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said the government has accorded special focus on providing modern technology and training to the policemen due to everyday increasing challenges in the field of crime so that they can give a befitting reply to the criminals of all categories.
Speaking at the passing out parade of IRB 1-5 he said that from this day they are ready to walk on a new path where they will have to face different challenges in the field they are joining. He said that he has full hope and confidence that they will make good use of the training they have received here to deal with those challenges.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister inspected the impressive parade and took the salute. In the presence of the Chief Minister, the trainee constables took an oath to serve the country and the state and perform their duties and responsibilities with honesty, integrity, hard work, joy and humility.
The Chief Minister extended best wishes to all the trainee constables for their new beginning in life. The Chief Minister said that there is a big challenge in front of the police to deal with different types of crimes happening today.
In such a situation, the government lays special emphasis on getting the best training to the policemen along with state-of-the-art techniques, so that they can give a befitting reply to the criminals involved in cybercrime and economic crime along with general crimes.
Apart from the security and law and order of the state and the people, their service is taken in many other works including elections. In such a situation they will be able to perform their tasks in a better way and their training will prove to be very effective in this.
The Chief Minister said that the officers should prepare an action plan to keep the Constable Training Center, Musabani lively. He asked them to explore the possibilities of using it in other areas along with training in it, so that it can be included as the best training center in the country.
Principal Secretary of Home Jail and Disaster Management Department, Rajeev Arun Ekka asked the trainee constables to contribute in the interest of the state and the public. Work by increasing your efficiency to maintain peace and harmony in people’s lives he said adding that may they be a shield for the weak and poor people of the state and may their presence give strength to the general public.
Addressing the trainee constables, DGP Neeraj Sinha said that in today’s changing times, criminals are constantly promoting crime in new ways therefore they should keep updating their skills to save people from them. In this training center of Musabani, all of them have been provided education in various subjects along with physical training and they should use all this training efficiently in their work.
764 trainee constables of IRB 1 to 5 of the session 2019-20 have passed out from CTC. In which 345 are from IRB 1 (Jamtara), 101 in IRB 2 (Musabani), 113 in IRB 3 (Chatra), 113 in IRB 4 (Latehar), I 92 trainee constables of IRB 5(Gumla) participated. These include 260 female trainee constables and 504 male trainee constables.
On this occasion Ghatshila MLA Ram Das Soren, Principal Secretary Rajeev Arun Ekka, DGP Neeraj Sinha, ADG Training Anurag Gupta, IG Training Priya Dubey, IG Operation Amol Venukant Homkar and other police officers were present.
